Cluct kit that does not fit

<p>My father went out to buy a clutch plate for his 2012 KB 250 Dtec Isuzu and was given a 2009 KB 250 clutch plate at Alert Engine Parts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now the mechanica did not suspect that this was the case and he quickly fitted the item and the car would not take off. He later dessembled thegear box and noticed the differences.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now Alert does not want to even consider a deal with partial payment as the part had been fitted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet they are more at fault as they gave the retired old man a wrong part yet he produced a VIN number and all.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
