Bad service

I purchased an oil pump and pistons on the 17th of September 2019. Then the Oil pump, locked and stopped turning. The pistols I bought had cracks and the oil was leaking. I sent them back on the 19th of September as I was advised of the guarantee. It has been weeks since they said they will call me as I am due a payback of R4000 from them.
