Alert Parts Johannesburg has no customer service.

I have been trying to speak to sales person for the last 30 min. The operator has answered twice with just transferring my calls and then it rings for 10 min with no answer. I then call back with no answer. It has been almost 45 min and i have not been able to even speak to anyone.

Alert Johannesburg is PATHETIC and they should be banned form doing any business with the public, because they are pathetic at customer service.

I am sure this review will not effect anyone as they support the major motor industry in SA and the walk in customers are just an add on. It is so pathetic to think we live in a country where customer service is the last thing on anyone's minds. F the small person on the street because we dont make the big money.
