Alert Engine Parts refuse to swop faulty pump for new one.

My brother bought an oil pump from them on 23/12/2021. A few days later, after priming the oil pump, it seized. My brother was unable to swop the oil pump due to work obligations, so I took the pump back myself. They told me to complete a warranty form instead of just swopping the seized pump for a new one. My late Dad bought parts from them over many years, but current service has deteriorated gradually. My brother and I will not bother purchasing parts from them in the future.
