ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! the service is going down!

I have been buying parts here for many years, I was a small boy when I came with my father to buy his parts and we were always helped with the best service. What I saw today was unacceptable. I am sad that the service has gone down so badly. I came to exchange a part and waited 15 minutes to speak to the sales person that sold me the parts. She was walking up and down ignoring me doing her own thing (check the cameras 14/10/2021 8:45AM-9:10AM) and when I finally spoke to her she refused to help me, I was so upset, firstly for having to wait, yet when I walked in I was the only customer in the store at the time and on top of it she sold me the wrong part. When I buy at ALERT I spend over 3k-4k at a time, yet she refused to help me or to exchange one part for me, how can I put my engine together now? I will have to buy my parts elsewhere. I have nothing against women workers, but the lady (CINDY STOFFELS) working behind the counter has no clue what she is doing or selling, she should be at the back unpacking boxes, maybe she would be good at that.
