Poor Service UIF Claims

I've app**** for my UIF since January but nothing has happened , I've phoned countless times and I get empty promises. They're quick to take our monies but very slow to action when we need they're assistance. It's even worse when you're a foreigner. these people are xenophobic. #WIN
