POOR SERVICES,

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>in october 2016 , i took my Timberland boots to be washed to Alecs drycleaners , since i paid lot of money for them , i wanted them to be clean by professional dry cleaners. i was for the first time they were going to be washed since i bought them in august.</p> <p> </p> <p>on collection , i was avised that they put polished on my boots to make them look nice and those boots dont get polished.</p> <p> </p> <p>i asked them to take out the polish and they used sign paper to scrach the polish out and that damaged my shoes.</p> <p> </p> <p>i then ask them to take them to Timberland so that they can refurbished the shoes and the refused .</p> <p> </p> <p>i paid 4000k for the shoes and they have been never washed before and am not in the position to accept them as they are.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
