Alec Massel will not send you your bill after your purchase of a home..cant get through to them on the phone and BOOM then they send the sheriff of the court to take your staff in the house to attach for the BIG amount you now owe as you are not getting bills...even now you can call them on the phone....no one answers the phone...what kind of service is this from a body corporate!!!i in the mean time if anything gets broken in the complex everyone with a child or children must pay R500 to Alec...very ***********...they bully their customers...as it is now they want to take the house from us!!! They know that economy is awful in SA we can't afford lawyers...I wish we had never moved to this complex manned by Alec Massel called Gavin Glen....we are definitely not free in SA .
