Can someone just get back to a person - they normally call it customer service

Ordered shoes from Aldora shop online on Sunday, paid the R1048 and still waiting for them to provide feedback when my package will be delivered. They read the watsapps but do not reply

My order / ref number 0854VV1DP - they don't even answer phone calls. Will recommend that no one orders from them
