Very disappointed in Aldo’s handbags

So today I returned my second handbag to Aldo in the last 8 months. Apparently company policy is not allowed to refund me as it’s not within their specified time (apparently 10 business days) and yesterday my 10 days expired. Also because it was purchased with a voucher of the previously returned bag. I cannot find anything else I like so they have given me a voucher to use ??♀️ Again... Very disappointed on the quality of handbags and lost total trust in their brand. My first bag’s strips on top of the bag came off and when I returned it I was told that all those bags were returned as faults because they all did the same. The second bag I returned today’s handle broke whilst I was just walking. I doubt that I am just bad luck when it comes to handbags but my R70 bag I bought from a local market hasn’t given me as much problems as this name brand. Very disappointed as it was a lot of money and now I sit with a voucher I probably won’t even use ?
