Utter disgust at non chalant attitude

I have still had no reply to my post on your Facebook page neither the courtesy of a call from anyone at the department.

The shoe remains at your store and no one seems to have the decency to reply or call me regarding the furtherance of the matter . This is utterly shocking . Please get someone from Head Office to call me or give me the details .
