Unprofessional, rude ALDO Rosebank

My experience at Aldo Rosebank was appalling, mainly because of the store manager, Tumi. From the moment I arrived to exchange a defective bag, her attitude was openly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She spoke to me with an unnecessary edge, made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, and showed no willingness to assist in a courteous manner.

On top of that, I was made to wait nearly 5 hours while she handled the matter at a snail’s pace, without offering any updates or even an apology for the delay. Her behavior was unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role, and it completely ruined my trust in this store.

I’ve been a loyal Aldo customer for years, but after this experience with such blatant disrespect from the manager, I will think twice before shopping here again.
