Unprofessional Aldo!

I bought a handbag on the 1st of July and it still hasn't been delivered. I've been corresponding with Aldo via Facebook messenger and she advised me that the bag needs to be sourced from a store and then shipped to me. That process is taking longer than the purpose I'd bought the bag for so I requested a refund. I don't want the handbag anymore I just want my money back please.
