Uncomfortable and painful footwear

I am writing this review to express my absolute disappointment with Aldo's complete lack of customer support. I bought two pairs of heels from the Aldo store at Cresta Mall. Both pairs are completely unwearable because the material is incredibly hard and painful. They hurt my feet so badly that I will never be able to wear them again. I am incredibly shocked by this because I have been a loyal customer of Aldo for a long time. I have bought numerous pairs of heels and sneakers from them before and have never had any quality or comfort issues like this. What makes this situation worse is the terrible customer service. I tried messaging Aldo on WhatsApp in Sept and received blue tick. I have since tried reaching out via ***, social media DM, and I am being completely ignored. I have my proof of payment and photos of the unwearable shoes ready. I am asking for someone from Aldo management or senior customer care to contact me immediately to resolve this.
