Unable to replace an uncomfortable shoe that made my feet red....

I sent a return request to Aldo on a shoe that was uncomfortable and hurting my feet. Could not even keep the shoe for more than 3 hours. I was told that unfortunately they cannot return worn shoes and the fact that the shoe os uncomfortable and hurting my feet is not reasonable enough to return a shoe....their shoes are designed for specific type of feet and it is not their problem that their my feet could not be comfortable on that specific shoe type.

So I'm not sure exactly what I'm expected to do - I dropped off the shoes at Aldo Bedford Gardens and the Area manager promised to phone me back 4 days later not even the decency to call or give feedback.....

My question is what must I do with this pair of shoes l, I cannot wear it. Must I use them to decorate my wardrobe- what exactly am I expected to do??..
