Turning a bad situation into a good one :-)

Hi, we ordered a pair of shoes from ALDO Cresta for my daughters matric farewell and after 2 weeks the shoes had not arrived. After a complete melt down by my daughter we spoke to Athenkosi Sidinana who went out of his way to assist us. The shoes were finally delivered to his store by his Pta branch and on his day off he personally delivered the shoes to our home. Many thanks Athenkosi for turning a negative experience into an awesome customer service experience.
