Thank you for great service!

We do not thank for great service enough in South Africa, as this is very limited, and therefore being in the service industry myself, it is extremely important that I say a big thank you to Nobulelo and her team at Aldo's Fourways. I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago and due to some reasons, there was a delay, but it was sorted rapidly, with great follow-ups and brilliant service, walking the extra mile! I am a regular client of the Brand and they have just re-enforced again the reason why I shop there. I was also offered a discount to apologise for the inconvenience, which really goes a long way.
