Such a disappointment

<p>I have never had such a problem with purchasing shoes at any store other then I have at Aldo. </p> <p> </p> <p>As much as I love some of the shoes that you have in store or online, I would love to be able to buy a pair and even more I would love to be able to wear a pair, but Aldo NEVER (and when I say NEVER I mean NEVER) has any sizes from 6 to 7. </p> <p> </p> <p>Do you not want to make sales??????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>Or have you got the wrong person behind the scenes checking stock? Something called supply and demand!!!!!????? I suggest that is something you should look into.</p> <p> </p> <p> I shop at Clearwater mall at least every weekend if not every second weekend and I religiously I walk into Aldo with the intention to walk out with something, but that never happens because they never have my size, If i am constantly at your store, how is it possible I can’t get my size on new products that you just launch. the best part is I then get sent on a wild goose chase from store to store wasting my precious time, money and fuel, to arrive at each and every store with the same result. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have even gone to the extent of giving your so called "sales people" my contact details, so when new stock arrives I can be the first one in the store to have a look and possibly purchase, either they keep losing my number or they just don’t really care on making a sale or looking after their clients. </p> <p> </p> <p>I know they say that South Africa's customer service is up to ****, but Aldo your stores really do take the cake. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
