My sister bought a pair of aldo sneakers in july, after one use the popriveted logo A came off. She emailed customer care as she did not have the receipt but a credit card purchase statement, they told her to go to the store of purchase which was gateway in durban. Upon going to the store, the manager was already aware, she immediately exchanged the shoe for another. The replacement shoe was of a lower value so she offered a bag to that value.
