I bought a pair of heels few years back . I noticed that the heel started to peel . The inner sole has a mark of genuine leather on it. i send my query to their head office to get clarity about the genuine leather marking placed on the shoes. i was requested to send a photo of my shoes for further investigation. i recieved a response from Linda Ncube on behalf of Aldo that the sign on the inner sole means that the inner sole is genuine leather. i checked the inner sole if it was indeed made of leather,to my surprise the inner sole was not made of leather either. i never got another response from them after alerting them of false misleading information on the marking. i was reaped of my hard earned money.
