Received no confirmation email and no delivery after ordering online via PayJust Now

Placed an order on Friday and payment went through. I called the customer service yesterday and they requested for Proof of payment. I am still waiting for feedback from Fiona. You guys want me to make noise on social media and hello peter before processing my order???
