Poor Service online from ALDO

Aldo online service is terrible. I wanted to return a pair of shoes because the back had weakened after only 2 months. The person from Aldo, whose name is ANCA, basically told me "Unfortunately this is not an defect and we will not be able to assist with an return on the item". Here's the kicker. I took it to their store in Gateway and they saw it was a defect and gave me a credit. The staff were amazing. Makes Aldo online look really silly. I wouldn't recommend Aldo online because they are not interested in support.
