Poor Service

The service I got from Aldo online is so disappointing. I placed an online order for 2 pairs of shoes but I only received 1 pair. I was only informed after I followed up that the item is out of stock.

What is disappointing is when I placed the order there was still more stock (i know this because I checked by adding more items of the same size). Now because your own incompetence I'm not getting the item because it is out of stock and I had to call for me to know about this.
