Poor service

I have been a loyal Aldo customer for many years, having purchased my items in store. To my dismay a pair of shoes I wanted was not available in my size and I was advised to make my purchase online as the store was unable to source my size. I found my size at the online store and made the purchase. The incorrect size was delivered, which Aldo insists is correct. I’ve been in constant back and forth email correspondence, which has yielded no solution. I am stuck with a pair of shoes I cannot use nor can I return as Aldo insists it is correct. The physical store is unable to assist as they have indicated that the online store and physical stores are separate “businesses”. My experience with Aldo has been terrible to say the least and I will advise anyone making purchases at their physical or online stores to consider their purchase carefully. The service received for a so called high end store is pathetic. I will never make a purchase from Aldo either physically or online again, nor will I purchase their goods from other online resellers.
