Poor quality product

Good day I have bought a formal shoe worth R2400.00 from Aldo at Centurion Mall on the 15th August 2023 I took the shoe back to them after 7 months, I was told that they're not going to take it or for an exchange since is over 6months. I personally suspect that the shoe I bought from Aldo is **** or being made with cheap material however still being sold for the higher pricing, because within 5 months the shoes was no longer in the condition. Aldo is not willing to help me to my issue for the shoes. I need Aldo to give me the same value item as I paid R2400.00 for shoe that I thought is for the quality instead I was sold something else. I am not happy with how Aldo treated me a customer
