Poor quality pair of shoes

I would like to express my disappointment in the quality of a pair of shoes I purchased at one of your outlets at Mall of Africa last year in November on black Friday.

After wearing the shoes twice the ring on the shoe laces is starting to come off... This for me is truly disappointing :( See attached photo of shoes and receipt.

Can someone handle this and revert back to me?
