Poor quality

Lets talk about Aldo, I bought A bag for R1 600 neh, and the zip was giving me problems. I have tried reach out, i have sent emils also tried sending them messages on their Facebook page, also dropped comments about my concern but they are deleting the comments. I am soooo angry and disappointed at them. Their bags are expensive for them to ignore customer care services issues. Cant buy a bag at that price and be ignored like that. Their customer service is really poor. Today i finally decided to call them and the guy i was talking to was very very rude he didn't even wanna explain why they did not answer emails or why were they deleting the facebook comments. ALDO South africa/ALDO shoes/ ALDO bags im so disappointed
