Pathetic Service

Placed an order for a pair of shoes at Aldo Eastrand Mall. Was promised that they would get back to me within a few days once the shoes had been sourced from another branch. A month passed and never heard from Aldo. Called several times and now told that my details cannot be found on the system. Promised by a sales executive that she would look into the matter and get back to me within 5 minutes of my last call. An hour passed and no call back was received. This is the shoddy service one can expect from Aldo East Rand Mall.
