Pathetic customer service and can't find my shoe that went for repair

I took my new Basanti slingback heel shoes to Aldo Gateway for repair of the sling because it was falling down when walking. It has been 3 weeks and my shoe is still not repaired nor returned to the shop. I had to call the shop last week and Natalie told me it will come this week and I'm calling again today and a week later and the shoes are still not back. This is pathetic service and I'm really upset by the poor service from Aldo Gateway. No one even calls me to give me the update. Why does it take more than 3 weeks to fix the shoe??? It is ridiculous. Very bad customer service at Aldo.
