ONLINE PURCHASE NIGHTMARE

This has been my 1 st time ordering online as I generally purchase in store . A very pleasant experience , one I always look forward to.

To my dismay and disgust I received my online purchase today . The package was highly disappointing and distasteful. The Aldo bag was wrapped in a plastic bag in bubble wrap. It blows my mind that such a high end retail store cannot afford to place the product in a box. By the time the package reached me the bag was horribly deformed and lost its original shape due to the in transit process . All of my other online purchases including Superbalist , La Creuset ,Zando , woolworths , the Retail box , takealot . ALL have their products delivered in a box . Thus delivering a product that is in tact . Neatly presented and protected from the harsh courier process .

I will be returning this Aldo bag and entire purchase to my closest Aldo retailer.

This will be my last online purchase. It was the most dreadful experience and I I never wish to waste my hard earned money on this service Please revert to your team and strongly rethink this service
