No delivery of online order

Bad service, I ordered shoes on the 8th of August 2020, my order hasn't arrived, call their call centre on numerous occasions and the reception lady keeps taking my details with a promise that they will phone me but I never received any call. I also emailed them with no response. This is frustrating as there's no even feedback what's happening with my order
