Late Delivery & Missing Item from Black Friday Order

My husband and I placed an order with Aldo during the Black Friday promotion for two pairs of shoes. The delivery was already a day late, and when it finally arrived, only one pair was in the package.

We paid for both items and expected delivery as confirmed in the order. There was no communication about delays or split shipments, leaving us with no clarity on when to expect the second pair.

This has been a very disappointing experience. We would appreciate urgent assistance to locate the missing pair and a clear update on when it will be delivered.
