Inhumane treatment

In October this year I bought my wife pair of heels for our wedding celebration, after having being worn them ones they were damaged. Took them back to the store they didn't help us at all instead they said those shoes are not for HARD surface, I mean is there such... "no shoes for HARD Surface". We are angry at the treatment we got from Aldo Sandton Store.
