Inability to order online a blessing in disguise

First time attempting an online purchase but such a dreadful experience as I tried to order a staggering 11 times using PayFlex option. Emailed help desk & response by Theresa that problem had been resolved which is in fact N O T fixed. The website is not user friendly at all and is super slow using WiFi & high speed mobile data. I'm quite shocked at the 2 . 2 Index rating here on H P and more so that the Frontier Co. with such luxe brands has such pathetic customer service and worse still they do not respond to H P complaints 🚮
