Horrible after sales/refund service from Aldo online store and Frontier

I bought two pairs of loafers from Aldo online not knowing that the shoe design is bigger and more suitable for ppl with a different type of foot. So I wrote an email on the 17th of May for a refund since it can’t be done in store it’s now the 8th of June the refund is still not complete the shoes are with them but I still haven’t seen a cent of my money.
