I bought boots at Aldo Online. On the 29th i requested for the refund Online as the boots did not fit. I received an email aknowlegding the request for refund however nothing happened. I called aldo only to find out that the request was not logged on their system i dont know how. Then i was advised that RAM will collect the boots. Fast forward the boots were collected on 6th of July. I called again to confirm if Aldo received the parcel seeing im not getting any comminucation, Aldo confirmed the that they received and the refund wiill take 7-14days. Till today i have not received my refund and there is no communication whatsoevr, i have tokeep calling everyday and told stories which is absolute nonsense. I have a good mind of logging this with the bank against Aldo as *****!!!!!
