False feedback

I bought glasses at the store in October and was told they dont have the case where they keep the glasses they will be delivered anyday i must just come in and check after few weeks they should have them, I ahve been going to the store to check but been told they still have not arrived i asked one of the ladies that works there if they can give me one of the cases they selling as the one i am waiting for has still not arrived and they told to come back, Ihave been going to the store from October till Feb 2015 i went there for the last time on Monday and the same guy by the name of Dave is now saying they assumed they will be getting the cases but apparently it wont happen anymore, My question wher do i keep these glasses as they are scretched already since they stay in my bag, I would like to just return the glasses and they give me my money back or they can give me the case that they have at the store which they selling. If you buy sunglassed or dressing up glasses anywhere you always get something to put them on
