ELDO Energy dismal

ELDO. Service delivery despicable. Their system will not allow you to generate a Pro-Forma and then the invoice once paid. However their system advising to top-up works. So double edged sword, do I just pay and use the POP for SARS....I think not. We wrote to Eldo SUPPORT on the 20th of January 24. Still no response. What next???
