Disrespectful staff at Eastgate

Im very disappointed with the staff at aldo Eastgate. My mother went in to collect my order for the second pair of shoes on the 28 July and and she was treated in such a disrespectful manner they shouted at her and kept saying that there was no order and that she should go to bedfordview she hardly got any assistance until she called me. Even the male staff was rude he didnt greet me on the call and just said he wants proof of order.

Im very displeased with the staff and especially how my mother was treated I want to lay a formal complaint and I want the formal process on how to proceed regarding this.

I made a complaint to customer service on the 1st of August 2025 until today I haven't received a response from the store manager and this explains the behaviour of the staff as well.

I keep receiving a dismissive response with no actual outcome im starting to believe that this is exactly what they do in hopes that customers forget that way they get away with their behavior
