Dispicable Service.

WARNING!!! Eldo Energy have zero compliance. we received a low balance warning and when logging into their portal, like we have done for the last 3 years, it will not allow download to create a Pro-Forma and once paid an invoice. To make matters worse they told us two weeks ago when we requested assistance that it was a technical issue and they are working on it. Today we received another low balance mail, and when contacting them, I am told that they do not invoice and the landlord must invoice - really? 3 years of paying them and we must thumb suck this info. No Communication to this effect, nothing. Well eventually we arrived at a point where the full of herself representative of Eldo advised that they are no longer the service provider to Illovo Point. I CANNOT IMAGINE WHY.... Stay away! You have been warned.
