Disgusted customer

My husband was at Aldos Melrose Arch on 25 March to buy me a bag. Your staff(the 2 ladies) around 11 am, were trying to persuade him to get the most expensive bag and also asked that he take them out for lunch for their 'good service'. Please look into your staff morals and values
