Disappointing Experience with Aldo Shoes And Customer Service.

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT WITH ALDO SHOES! I'm sharing my horrible experience with @ALDO Shoes to warn others! I bought a pair of shoes that looked perfect in the store, but turned out to be a total waste of money! I was expecting quality and style. I've tried communicating with the store located in Pietermaritzburg the unfriendly staff dismissed which I ended up leaving the shoes behind at the store, I then escalated the matter to customer service multiple times, but they just don't care! It's like they're ignoring me!
