Disappointed in Aldo shoes

I have had an unpleasant experience with Aldo shoes online. I bought a pair of beautiful colourful sneakers on the Aldo website in November 2021. After wearing the shoes a few times I realized that the colours were coming off and they looked like I had been wearing them for ages. Early in December 2021, I emailed their helpdesk and the sneakers were picked up in December for an exchange. I have been awaiting feedback ever since and no one from Aldo has reached out to me. To make matters worse, my emails are bouncing back and there's no contact number on their website.
