Disappointed and want my money back

<p>I bought 2 pairs of shoes and a bag at Aldo in Melrose Arch. The sales consultant advised that I take a size smaller than what I wear because the shoes stretch overtime. I went to the store at The Glen to get a refund on my sale and the store consultant persuaded me to get them stretched at Aldo's cost. They kept the shoes for a week to get them strecthed at Levingers, a week after I got them I tried them on and they were still a bit tight. The shoes were only worn once but they already have bad marks on the size and the tip of the shoe is also damaged. Looking at the shoe you can also tell the workmanship was very poor. I'm disappointed and want my money back.</p>
