Disappointed

So today was my first shopping experience at Aldo. Usually it's a matter of walking past or just taking a peek, but about 2 weeks ago I saw a pair of red thigh-high BOOTS at R1999. I went in and asked the salesperson for a size 3 or 4, he advised me that he didn't have stock but he did have a black pair and if I liked to, I could fit it on and he'll locate a red pair at another branch for me, sadly there's only one pair available in Durban which cannot be sent down to Cape Town, and he cannot guarantee that when their stock arrives that they'll send similar stock or the same stock to the stores, regarding the online store, he's not sure what goes on there.

There goes my dream boot!

If this is the service one gets from a first class store, is it worth spending that amount of money?
