Damaged Shoes coz of Factry fault

So I bought heels at Aldo Clearwater Yesterday and i wore the shoes same day but the left foot was not comfortable so i thought to my self maybe its because the shoe its still new only to find out the shoe had factory fault and i drip and it nearly broke my ankle , so i took back the shoes to clearewater Aldo and the manager on duty refused to exchange the shoes he said the shoes are damaged he can not exchange it and he said he called his Ops manager and the ops manager refused to exchange the shoes I mean the shoes does not even have 24hrs and it is damage because of factory fault ad I can not ware the shoes again so that means my R1600 down the drain.. I will never buy shoes at Aldo again that just a *******
