Bought shoes online and never received order!

I bought a pair of shoes online over 4 weeks ago and have still not received my order! I have called Aldo every single day for the past week and a lady by the name Natasha keeps telling me that the courier company collected the shoes and delivered them. It’s been such a terrible experience, to date I still don’t have my shoes and at this point I’m not even sure I’ll get them because now, my calls are not getting answered! She has not given me a solution but instead keeps pointing fingers at the courier company which I have no business dealing with because I bought my shoes from Aldo and not the courier company!!!
