Bad service

I am very d8ssapointed with the service I'm getting from Aldo Online, I purchased shoes and theu were unfortinately small,so I requested a refund and send back the shoes.The courier company delivered the shoes to their warehouse and someone by the name oh CARLIN PRINS,signed for the shoes.Since then I'm constantly having to follow up, and everytime I'm told by the helpdesk person (Theresa) that my query has been escalated, 3 weeks later I still haven't received my refund and no one is bothering to tell me what the delay is. I will never buy anything ever again from Aldo, such bad experience.
