Bad Service.

I've been a loyal client to Aldo from way back, I recently took my shoes to be fixed at Levenger's and they told me that I need to take them back to Aldo and ask for tips.. I did not get any joy from Aldo.. and they told me that they will not assist... So now if the tip of my shoes is finished that simply means I need to go buy a pair of shoes.. Cause in other words that is what I should do cause tips can't be fitted.
