Bad service

I’m very disappointed with the staff at the Aldo fourways mall. I went there to get myself some pairs of shoes, the guy approached me for assistance and I told him that I was fine and will let him know when I need him. He walks away and mimic what I said and someone else says some customers though ,and they all started laughing with no care in the world, I stood there looking at them and they didn’t even care. I had to walk out and go to another mall because there’s no way I was going to pay for bad service. The staff clearly need some training on how to treat customers.
